ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using RenoEstate (referred to as “the Website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (referred to as “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Website.

USER ACCOUNT

a. Registration: To use certain features of the Website, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information to maintain its accuracy.

b. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

c. Subscription: Initially, during the first purchase after the transition, the vendor is entitled to avail of three (3) months free trial. However, it is imperative to note that upon subsequent switches between subscription plans, the option to receive any further complimentary subscriptions is no longer available.

d. Cancel Subscription: If you wish to no long promote your products on the marketplace, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. Canceling your Subscription will put your products in to draft allowing your products to not display in the marketplace.

e. Delete Account: If you wish to completely delete your account, please contact us and let us know. We strongly advise you to cancel your Subscription before sending us a request.

f. Vendors are required to operate an official, physical brick-and-mortar storefront that allows customers to visit in person and make purchases. Eligible stores must fall into one of the following categories: Building Supplies, Hardware, Gardening & Landscaping, Furniture & Appliances, Home & Office Decor, Property Improvement, or Tools & Equipment Rental.

USER CONTENT

a. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content, including listings, images, and comments you post on the Website. You agree that all posted content complies with our Content Guidelines.

b. Rights: By submitting content to the Website, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating the Website.

c. Some products on RenoEstate may be linked to third-party websites not affiliated with us. Please ensure the safety of these sites before making any purchases, as RenoEstate is not responsible for any transactions or activities on these external platforms.

TRANSACTIONS

a. Listings: Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the quality of the products or services offered. Potential customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting these listings.

b. Payment: All payment transactions will be processed through a third-party payment provider (Stripe). See Stripe’s end user terms here.

c. Disputes: We are not responsible for disputes between users, but we encourage open communication and mediation. In cases of disputes, users should seek resolution through applicable legal means.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

a. You agree not to engage in any activities that violate applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, or violate these Terms.

b. Prohibited Content: You are prohibited from posting any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Website if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

a. All content, logos, and trademarks on the Website are our property or the property of our licensors. You may not use these without our permission.

PRIVACY

a. Our Privacy Policy governs the use of personal information. By using the Website, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
